Mr. Paresh Mallick
Secretary

The year 2011-12 has passed away leaving
its foot prints in each part of our project area. The year has given us a lot. We have implemented a large number of projects successfully during the year. In course of implementation of the projects, we have learnt a lot both from our success and failure . We have treasured these lessons with great care. These lessons will surely inspire us in marching forward and forward in our quest for bringing social welfare.
We have welcome the new year 2012-13 with lot of hopes and aspiration. We sincerely hope, by using the lessons which we learnt from the old year, we will achieve a lot more in the new year. We have already planned a lot to do in the new year. We are damn confident of doing these things successfully in the new year. The old year has given us a large number of human resources which increased our strength. During the year, we recruited one volunteer from each Gram Panchayat of our district of Jajpur. Through these volunteers we shall organize various sections of people of the district and shall implement various need based programmes for them.
We dedicate the success we achieved during the last year to the people of our district and give the credit for such success to our dedicated staff, sincere volunteers, local youth and women groups and the people of our project area who have so kindly provided all sorts of support to us. We are also indebted to the district administration of the district of Jajpur and other govt. and semi-government offices for their help and cooperation. We sincerely hope, that in the new year, we will also get their support and goodwill as before. Let all of us get united to serve the poor.
